Ultico Studios (ABN 92 294 219 120) is a Brisbane-based business that provides call-answering services to Australian businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
Calls answered by our receptionist service are recorded and processed by AI systems in order to deliver the service: answering the call, capturing the job details and sending a summary to the business you called. Callers are informed at the start of the call that the call is recorded. Some of the systems we use to process calls are hosted overseas, including in the United States.
Only what's needed to pass your enquiry to the business you called: your name, contact number, suburb and the details of the job you're enquiring about. We don't collect payment details over the phone, and our systems are set up to discard sensitive identifiers if a caller reads them out.
We don't sell caller information, use it for advertising, or contact callers for any purpose other than the enquiry they made.
Details submitted through our website contact form are used to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.
